General rules:
1) Advertising, spamming and trolling are not allowed. This includes using the chat, avatars, channel descriptions and private messages to spam other users;
2) Offensive/indecent/bothering avatars/channel descriptions or names are strictly forbidden;
3) You are not allowed to use avatars or send text messages to other users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations.
4) You are not allowed to insult the server, server staff or any other user;
5) You are not allowed to mention other private server names / give link to other private server websites;
6) #support-channel is created to server for support, however the only official way of communication and solving issues remains ingame tickets & forums. We will do our best to keep an eye on it;
7) Refunds,transfers and exchanges of any custom weapons ( weapons that wear your caracter name )can not be done;
8) Dual accounts farming such as honor or instances are not allowed at any occasion.This will result as a account ban ( first time acc ban for 24h ; second ban for 72h and third ban will be permanent) ;
9 ) Don't try to cheat because our anti-cheat system will ban you;(All third part programs that are not a part from the game will be concidered as cheat and will get you first ban 24h second ban 72h and the third permanent.)
